When the basis of an action is withdrawn

A requirement is amended, a grant is revoked, a fact goes stale. Which dependent actions are refused before their effect, which become findings after it, and what do simpler checks already cover?

Where this stands

What the evidence shows 1

  • On constructed cells, an argument bound to a value derived from a declared source was refused when the true basis moved, passed when an input moved without changing the derived value, and was refused when the agent's number differed from it. CAU-02 re-checked.

What remains open 3

  • Under today's default, where the budget is the agent's judgement, the action executed when the basis moved and when the source disappeared; citing the source for reread refused lawful work where the derived value had not changed. CAU-02 re-checked.
  • Today's at-most comparison refused a raised ceiling and a lowered one that still held the value. The derived binding is parked because no shipped declaration has a pure ceiling, and it makes the deriver a new trusted party. CAU-02 re-checked.
  • Reread reaches 20 of 64 reference slots in the 20 shipped declarations and is off by default there; 16 slots reach objects only through paged lists. Of 21 judgement slots, 3 rest on read content the guard cannot see. FRS-08 re-checked.
